Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by OTR Tech and Rescue (“Company”). By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following:

 1. SERVICE AUTHORIZATION
Customer authorizes the Company to perform repairs, diagnostics, and related services on the specified vehicle. Verbal, written, or digital approval constitutes authorization.

 2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to withhold services or future bookings for non-payment.

3. NO WARRANTY (UNLESS SPECIFIED)
All services are provided “as-is” unless a written warranty is provided. The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The Company is not responsible for failures caused by unrelated or underlying mechanical issues.

 5. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the vehicle after service
- Failure to follow recommendations
- Undisclosed vehicle issues

 6. CANCELLATIONS & ACCESS
Customer must provide safe and adequate access to the vehicle. The Company reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe. Cancellation policies may apply.

 7. ABANDONED OR INOPERABLE VEHICLES
The Company is not responsible for vehicles that become inoperable due to existing issues during or after service.

 8. ENVIRONMENTAL & SAFETY CONDITIONS
Services may be delayed or canceled due to unsafe conditions, including weather, traffic hazards, or hazardous surroundings.

 9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Illinois.
unless otherwise required by law.

 10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

 11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
